Ingredients for Casserole with millet and vegetables
- Millet - 2 pack.
- Minced chicken - 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Cabbage - 200 g
- Corn - 0.5 ban.
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Casserole with millet and vegetables
Millet of TM MISTRAL boil until tender, cool.
Carrot grate, onion cut into thin half-rings.
Young cabbage crushed.
Put in a bowl the cabbage, onion, carrot. Add the corn.
Stir, add salt and pepper to taste.
Baking dish lightly grease with oil, put the millet, a little salt.
For wheat to spread a layer of minced meat, salt and pepper.
The next layer is vegetables.
Sprinkle with chopped greens.
Tomato paste diluted in 200ml. water, a little salt. Stir and pour into mold. On top lightly grease with mayonnaise.
Cover the form with foil and put in preheated oven for 25 minutes at 200C, then remove foil and bake another 5-10 minutes.
