Insanely simple marinade for fish. In the end a great result. Even beginning the rain was a big problem when frying fish - I had to put the grill under the canopy. Turned out delicious and flavorful fish. Try it!)

Ingredients for Carp grilled
- Carp - 2 PCs
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- Pepper lemon - 1/2 tsp.
- Lemon peel - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Carp grilled
Prepare the products. Clean and wash well the fish.
Prepare the marinade. In a Cup squeeze lemon juice and put the grated zest. Then add salt, lemon pepper and soy sauce TM "Kikkoman". Mix well.
On each fish, both sides are doing longitudinal cuts.
Lay the fish in a Cup. Add the cooked marinade. Leave for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator. During this time 2-3 times to turn the fish to evenly distribute the marinade.
After 40 minutes, place the fish on the grill. Fry on the grill.
Fry the fish on both sides.
Serve immediately, add the herbs.
