Very simple, so to say a budget option of cooking fish, but no less delicious. Try it!)
|Cooking time 90 minutes||Number of servings 4|
Prepare the products. Clean and wash the fish. This time I have 4 PCs of medium-sized carp.
In a Cup grate on a small grater 1 onion. Add tomato sauce and 2 tbsp. sauce "wok for stir-frying " TM "Cccamp ". Salt.
Mix well. The marinade is ready.
Fish make longitudinal incisions, not reaching the abdomen.
Lay the fish in a Cup. Add the cooked marinade.
Mix well. Leave in the fridge for 1 hour. During this time, you will need to flip the fish 3 times, to evenly distribute the marinade.
While fish is marinating, prepare the stuffing. Cut small dice the onion and eggplant ( frozen from my own blanks) and grate the carrots.
On a heated pan pour vegetable oil. Spread the chopped vegetables. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spoon.
Then add 2 tbsp. sauce "wok for stir-frying" TM "Kikkoman ".
Add canned green peas.
Mix well and fry for 1-2 minutes. Remove the pan from the fire. Let cool a lot. The stuffing is ready.
After 1 hour take out a Cup of fish from the refrigerator. In the abdomen of each fish put the prepared vegetable stuffing.
Lay the stuffed fish on the grill. ( optionally, you can bind the bellies toothpicks to keep the stuffing from falling out). Fry on the grill.
Fry the fish on both sides.
Serves gefilte fish, adding parsley.
