- Orange juice - 50 ml
- Soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 1/4 PCs
- Honey - 1/2 tsp.
- Prunes - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 40 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Fish with walnuts and prunes
For the marinade mix 50ml orange juice, oil, soy sauce (1.5 tbsp). Put fish into it, roll it from all sides and leave for 30 minutes.
Grind the nuts with the onions and prunes.
Mix with remaining juice, honey and soy sauce. The sauce is ready.
Lemons cut into thin slices and place on the grill. On top put the fish and again lemons. Cook fish with two sides for about 10 minutes.
Fish under the lemons to turn out juicy, with a slight acidity, but not fried. If this option does not suit You, cook without lemons.
