Step by step instruction of cooking Open pie in explanation keisha
Collect all the products.
Onions, mushrooms, bacon cut into cubes. Thoroughly squeeze the spinach from the water. RUB cheese on a coarse grater.
In a pan pour a little sunflower oil and fry the onions and mushrooms. Strongly fry do not need. When the onion becomes transparent - put the mixture in a bowl. Let cool down.
Turn on the oven at 170 degrees. Let heated.
Sprinkle work surface with flour (I have a perfect kitchen table). Put a layer of dough and sprinkle again with flour.
The dough should be a little frostbitten, it is better rolled. If it is very soft - will not be removed from the pack and be difficult to roll out.
Begin to roll dough from center to edges.
Measured by the size of the shape, if a little, rolled some more.
Very thin you need to do. When roasting will be allocated to the juice and the bottom of the pie can break.
Grease a form with butter and sprinkle with flour (I have a collapsible form for baking).
Put layer of dough on the rolling pin and transfer to the form.
Gently even out, the edges may hang. If suddenly formed a hole - close up piece of dough.
Mix all the stuffing in a separate bowl, add eggs, milk. Cheese do not touch.
Pour the filling in the form, level and pour on top of grated cheese.
In the classics the dough on the sides of the shapes cut, I did not, and wrapped inside the form.
Send the cake of puff pastry for 40-50 minutes in the preheated oven. Oven should already be hot.
For beauty you have the dough to grease yolk.
