Step 1

Have a pork shank in the average size of the removed bone, trying to keep the skin intact. RUB the meat with salt and pepper.


Step 2

Stuffing the shanks with the vegetables and put into a suitable vessel. I used a roaster. Those vegetables that do not fit in the knuckle, put around her. If you wish, you can also put some small potatoes. Lightly salt the dish, focusing on the taste.
