On the website a few options of salad with the same name. This salad is served in chain restaurants, "Rice", I a little corrected by their own tastes and replaced the very expensive pine nuts for sunflower seeds - it turned out very tasty! Help yourself!
Ingredients for Salad "Mexican"
- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Cucumber - 2 PCs
- Tomato - 4 PCs
- Crackers - 80 g
- Sunflower seeds - 1 Gorst.
- Cabbage - 1/2 forks
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Balsamic - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Mexican"
Chicken fillet cut into small cubes.
In a frying pan heat the oil till smoke and fry the chicken fillets until nice, Golden brown.
In a big bowl to put the roasted fillet well with salt, mix well.
Cucumbers cut into 4 pieces and finely chopped. To add to the fillet.
Tomatoes cut into 4 pieces and finely chopped. Add to sirloin with cucumbers.
Cabbage chop and add to the salad.
Add the mayonnaise, stir. If necessary, adjust the taste.
