- Flour - 500 g
- Starch - 37 g
- Powdered sugar - 165 g
- Dry milk - 23 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Butter - 200 g
- Honey - 22 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Soda - 1/2 tsp.
- Lemon peel - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Biscuits "tea"
In a Cup, mix the dry ingredients (flour, starch, salt, powdered sugar, milk, lemon peel).
In another bowl mix (with hand mixer) wet ingredients (softened butter, egg, liquid honey, baking soda, slaked lemon juice).
Combine the dry and liquid mixture and knead the dough. The dough should get quite thick. Maybe You need more flour.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut biscuits.
Lay out cookies on a baking sheet with a Mat or baking paper. Remove the baking sheet with cookies into the freezer for 10 minutes. (This will allow you to save the picture on our cookies when baking).
