Liver rinse, dry with paper towel.
Cut into pieces, add soda, stir and leave for an hour. The liver will be very tender and juicy.
Then rinse and drain in a colander, let drain water.
Put liver in a bowl, add the seasoning to the liver, grated on a fine grater onion, to move.
For the liver you can use these condiments, can be all at once a pinch or, what you will find in stock. I pre-prepared in a jar, then use as needed.
Grate the carrots into strips. In Korean.
Spread the carrots in a heated pan with oil, lightly fry and add the garlic arrows. Warm up for a minute.
Add the liver. All cook until ready, stirring occasionally, over low heat. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste.
Ready liver arrow garlic spread on a plate and served as a hot appetizer. The dish can replace Breakfast or dinner.
