Was looking for a salad to the barbecue and found this recipe on the Internet. A simple and fresh salad to the meat that is necessary in the summer.

Shred cabbage finely. Slightly mash with your hands without salt.
Carrots grate on a grater.
Cucumbers cut into small cubes.
Dill and green onions finely chop.
Add to the cabbage and carrot greens and peas.
Make the dressing. To connect sour cream, soy sauce, vinegar ( the recipe called for Apple cider vinegar, and I added the normal), and mustard. Mix well. The dressing is ready.
Add dressing to vegetables, mix well and let stand 1-1.5 hours.
PS Cabbage should be juicy.
