Chicken (700 g.) cut into strips
In a pan add 5 tbsp of vegetable oil, add chicken

Mushrooms (2 large mushrooms) cut into round slices
Add in the fried fillet and mushrooms, sauté additional 3 to 5 minutes
Then add sour cream (3 tablespoons), mustard (1 tbsp without slides), add the soy sauce (3 tablespoons), if necessary, add salt to taste, add ground black pepper to taste, add the garlic passed through garlic press (3rd gear.)
Add the Bay leaf, add a mixture of Provencal herbs (1 teaspoon). The pan back on a slow fire, add 5 tablespoons of water, simmer 3-5 min.
Cheese (50 gr.) RUB on a small grater. Chicken fillet sprinkle with cheese straws. The finished dish stir again to melt cheese
Chicken in mustard-garlic sauce is ready
For a garnish you can cook stew with carrots, potatoes, rice, buckwheat or barley porridge.
