This recipe is for those who are fast and just need something to bake. Preparing the gingerbread simple, but the taste is not inferior to the difficult to cook pies and cake. And the taste of it the real price)
Ingredients for Gingerbread with jam
- Jam - 1 Cup.
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Yogurt - 1 Cup.
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.
- Cinnamon - 4 tbsp
- Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom - 1/4 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Gingerbread with jam
Jam mix with the soda before the formation of fluffy foam ( take a sour jam, I have Apple-grape) and leave for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, it will noticeably darken. Add the egg, sugar, yogurt and mix well with a whisk.
In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients : sifted flour, cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom.
To liquid gradually add dry ingredients, kneading the dough is homogeneous
Pour the batter into the pan (I have a diameter of 17 cm) and bake 40 min at 180 C.
Remove the gingerbread from the oven and let it cool down completely. The aroma from the spices is simply amazing, the smell of the whole house)
