Fragrant, tangy and moderately spicy cauliflower, roasted on skewers! Tasty and very easy!!!
Ingredients for Cauliflower grilled
- Cauliflower - 650 g
- Water - 1.5 l
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Garlic - 5 a tooth.
- Tabasco - 1/4 tsp
- Greens - 1 Puig.
Step by step instruction of cooking Cauliflower grilled
Prepare the products. Cauliflower is good to wash and disassemble on inflorescences. ( I use frozen cauliflower from its own preparations, its pre-thaw).
In a saucepan, pour the water. Salt. Bring to a boil. Lay the florets of cauliflower. Boil the cabbage for 3 minutes after boiling.
Recline slightly boiled cauliflower in a colander and douse with cold water.
In a Cup put the mayonnaise, crushed garlic, sauce, marinade, " Teriyaki" TM " Kikkoman", Tabasco sauce (to taste).
Mix well. The marinade is ready.
Cauliflower put it in a Cup. Add the cooked marinade.
Carefully stir. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Skewers soaked in cold water for 5-10 minutes.
After 30 minutes take out the bowl of cabbage out of the fridge. Blossoms strung on skewers.
Put the skewers on the grill.
Fry on the grill.
Served with greens.
