This recipe comes from the book "How to cook tasty and quick meat". The cutlets turned out juicy, tender. And although they are only half composed of meat, my men (husband and son) enjoyed the burgers!

Nettle pour water, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, drain. Save 1/2 Cup of broth nettle.
Mince meat, onions, cheese and nettles.
In forcemeat add the egg, salt, pepper, mix well.
To form patties (I got 10 pieces), roll in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
The meatballs add to the pot, pour the broth from the nettles and stew on low heat for 5 minutes.
