The dish is so light and easy to prepare, that will turn even the novice Cook. It's a godsend in case of sudden guests or in case of lack of time, which is very important at the onset of the summer season. Turkey cooked this way turns out very juicy and tender under a crispy crust. In the same way you can cook pork and chicken. Help yourself, dear Cooks!
