Turkish bagel "SIMIT"

SIMIT - a bagel with sesame seeds with unusual, memorable taste. Tried them in Istanbul, and I really wanted to play at home. But Russian recipes differ according to ingredients and you want it to Turkish... a Recipe that is spread found on the Turkish sites (simit tarifi), turned out to be one-to-one to taste.

Knead the dough from:
- flour (about 400-500 gr)
- warm water (200 ml)
- warm milk (100 ml)
- vegetable oil (100 ml)
- salt (1 tbsp)
- sugar (2 tbsp)

Knead about 20-30 minutes.
