SIMIT - a bagel with sesame seeds with unusual, memorable taste. Tried them in Istanbul, and I really wanted to play at home. But Russian recipes differ according to ingredients and you want it to Turkish... a Recipe that is spread found on the Turkish sites (simit tarifi), turned out to be one-to-one to taste.

Knead the dough from:
- flour (about 400-500 gr)
- warm water (200 ml)
- warm milk (100 ml)
- vegetable oil (100 ml)
- salt (1 tbsp)
- sugar (2 tbsp)
- yeast (7 gr of dry, or 20-25 grams fresh)
Knead about 20-30 minutes.
The dough will be very soft, as they say, must be feel like an earlobe.
Cut the dough into 8 pieces, and allowed to stand under a towel for ten minutes.
Roll out each piece into a long strap with a thickness of about a centimeter.

Twisted in a pigtail,
And connecting in a circle.
Colored molasses in terms - boiled grape juice (as a variant of dates, etc.)

If not - then it is good with honey.
Light colored molasses in terms or honey with water, and vymuchivaet it bagels (a few seconds).
And immediately dip in sesame seeds (the more you stick, the better).
Cover with a towel and allow to infuse for half an hour.
Finally, bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees until Golden brown.
