My favorite cookies! Without sugar and butter. Convenient to take with you on the road or at work.

Ingredients. Bran I took the oat, but you can use any crumbly (rye, wheat, rice).
Raisins wash, pour over boiling water.
Mix the dry ingredients: cereals, bran, cinnamon and vanilla.
Egg wash, beat in the dry mixture. Stir in the cheese. Knead the mass until "absorbed" all the dry ingredients.
Last add the raisins. Stir again. Fill dough pastry cups, firmly tamping mass.
Put the ramekins in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Temperature is about 180°. The oven I have a gas and heat is distributed unevenly. I put on the second level from the top (above the middle). After the time to turn off the oven, open the door, to give the liver to cool slightly.
After to pull out of the molds.
It turns out cookies with a nice crust and soft middle.
I love the combination of this cookie (preferably in the form of heat) with goat milk! Very tasty!
