Interesting and beautiful recipe! Delicious hot or cold. Can breast Turkey replaced by chicken, also very not bad! What I commend? Come on in, help yourself!
Ingredients for Rolls of chicken with mushrooms
- Mushrooms - 400 g
- Breast of Turkey - 600 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp.
- Parmesan - 50 g
- Dry red wine - 150 ml
- Water - 50 ml
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Rolls of chicken with mushrooms
Mushrooms to clean and slice.
Fry in sunflower oil.
Lay off 2/3 of the mushrooms in a separate bowl.
To the remaining in the pan the mushrooms, add the finely sliced green onion and garlic. To extinguish on small fire.
Put in separate bowl.
Add cheese, grated on a grater.
Add the bread crumbs. Salt and pepper.
Using a blender, prepare cheese and mushroom pasta.
Turkey breast, wash, cut into chops, cover with foil, lightly beat off.
Spread on each chop a tablespoon of the paste over the entire surface.
Twist steak rolls and fasten with a skewer.
Fry the rolls in hot sunflower oil until Golden brown.
Add the wine and water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes (until tender)
Ready to ruletikom add deferred mushrooms.
Bring to boiling and to extinguish 5 more minutes.
