- Water - 225 ml
- Yeast - 1 package.
- Potato starch - 130 g
- Rice flour - 80 g
- Flour flax - 20 g
- Soda slaked vinegar - 0.5 tsp.
- Maple syrup - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Flax seeds - to taste
- Sesame - to taste
- Sundried tomatoes - to taste

Put the dough in a COLD oven. T bake at 220C for 35-40 minutes. Look at the oven.
In 30 minutes you can already see and poke with a toothpick. After 30-35 minutes, the crust becomes more crispy, so be guided by your taste.
