Rich, tasty vegetable dish that is prepared very simply.
Ingredients for Vegetable stew
- Tomato - 4 PCs
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Dry white wine - 1/8 l
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Thyme - 1 tsp.
- Tarragon - 1 tsp.
- Basil - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 4 PCs
- Zucchini - 2 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Vegetable stew
Boiled potatoes peeled, cut into not large. Cut the tomatoes into 4-8 pieces.
Put in sauce pan, cover, simmer for another 2-5 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with Basil.
Serve as a side dish to meat or as a separate dish.
Chopped onion (large), garlic (finely) and fry the zucchini for about 10 minutes in hot vegetable oil.
Add the wine, salt and spices (except Basil), simmer for another 5 minutes on low heat.
