A great addition to the stuffing Shepherd's pie was MAGGI filling for the Pickle, which gave the cake an extra, nutty flavor.
Ingredients for Shepherd's pie a La "Pickle"
- Minced Turkey - 300 g
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Broth - 100 ml
- Onion - 1 piece
- Dressing - 1/2 cat.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - 1/3 tsp
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- Cream - 70 ml
- Cheese - 70 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Shepherd's pie a La "Pickle"
Mince and fry, stirring, for 5 minutes, then add the broth and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Next, add the finely chopped onion and MAGGI dressing for the Pickle, boil for 10 minutes.
Add pepper, salt, nutmeg and tomato paste, stir, put in a baking dish.
Boil potatoes until tender.
Season with salt, add the cream and half grated on a fine grater cheese, cook the puree.
Spread on top of meat in the form.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
