Simple, hearty and very tasty dish. Chicken hearts with vegetables in a cream sauce with "highlight". Come on in, help yourself!
Ingredients for Chicken hearts in the original sauce
- The pie - 500 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumber - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Hell - 2 tbsp
- Ginger - 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Broth - 300 ml
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken hearts in the original sauce
Chicken hearts, rinse, peel, boil until tender in a small amount of water.
Remove from broth, strain the broth.
Onions, carrots and cucumbers cut into small cubes about the same size.
Heat the oil in a pan. Put the carrots and onions and on medium heat fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the cucumbers, pour 100 ml of broth (in which the cooked hearts), stir, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the vegetables for 10 minutes.
To make the sauce.
In sour cream (yogurt or yogurt) add the chopped garlic, ginger, salt, pepper and the "flavor" of our sauce - two tablespoons of table fucking. Mix well.
For vegetables put chicken hearts, pour the remaining broth (200 ml), add the sauce, mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the dish for another 15-20 minutes.
