- Chicken fillet - 4 PCs
- Millet - 150 g
- Beets - 2 PCs
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Steam cutlets in Hungarian
Sort out millet, wash and boil until tender. Dressed with butter.
Chicken fillet cut together with onions pass through a meat grinder. You can do it twice for more soft meatballs.
Add millet, salt, knead well minced.
Of minced meat formed patties slightly elongated shape. Cook for a couple 10-15 minutes depending on size. I cook in box-steamer.
Beets and carrots wash, peel. We shall cut cubes. Send the beets in a steamer for 15-20 minutes. Just add salt. I lined my silicone steamer with parchment paper so that the beets are not painted the bottom.
For a couple, boil the carrots, also a little salt.
Spread on a dish of chicken, next put vegetables, pour the melted butter. Prescription another supposed green peas, but I did without him. You can garnish with fresh herbs, sprinkle with sesame seeds. But without them - very tender, tasty and of course useful! Bon appétit!)
