Offer a recipe, a favorite with me lately, vegetable salad, in which diced fresh vegetables combine perfectly with the arugula, olives, potato sticks and lemon dressing, eventually creating the perfect flavor compositions.

Cucumbers wash and cut.
Cherry tomatoes wash and cut in half.
With olives drain the liquid and add to the cucumbers with the tomatoes.
Add the potato strips.
Arugula rinse, lay out on a towel, leaving the excess liquid and sent to the salad.
For filling, in mixer bowl combine olive oil, mustard, sugar, pepper and lemon juice SICILIA, which has a pronounced aroma and authentic flavor of fresh lemons.
Beat with a mixer to obtain a white emulsion.
Pour the salad and mix well.
PS the Salad is best to fill just before serving, otherwise the bacon will get soggy.
