One of the few cookie recipes that I really like. Soft, tender, delicious, with strawberry pieces and chocolate - it is wonderful! Bake, without delay, it's worth it! If you don't have strawberries, you can just exclude it, it would still be great!

Softened beat butter with white and brown sugar until fluffy, creamy mass.
Add egg and again beat.
Add flour mixed with baking powder, mix well.
Add to the dough strawberries, chopped into small pieces, add the chocolate chips, mix gently.
With a spoon of ice cream to put the dough balls on a parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 190° oven for 15 minutes.
Ready cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheet (it will be very soft), then gently shift at dish.
To store this cookie preferably not more than 48 hours.
