Fried zucchini with mushrooms

Is the season of the young zucchini. I want to share a delicious dish with fried zucchini and mushrooms. The dish is cooked for 20 minutes, not longer. Very helps when you need to cook dinner quick. This time I added in the sauce, seasoning MAGGI® dressing for the Pickle, it turned out juicy and delicious. Help yourself!
Ingredients for Fried zucchini with mushrooms
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Peppers red hot chilli - to taste
- Cream - 150 ml
- Broth - 100 ml
- Starch - 1 tsp.
- Dressing - 1...2 tbsp.
- Green onions - 1 Puig.
- Sugar - 1 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Fried zucchini with mushrooms
Prepare the required products.
Zucchini wash, peel, cut into slices. If the skin is thin, can not be cleaned.
Mushrooms wipe with a damp cloth and cut into 4 parts. Not to make it too small!
In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil and fry the zucchini with the mushrooms on high heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
While zucchini is roasting, make the sauce. In a saucepan pour the broth or water, bring to a boil. Cream mixed with starch, add to the broth, boil down.
Chop the green onions finely.
To sypathise in onion sauce, add a pinch of sugar and a couple tablespoons of filling MAGGI® Dressing for the Pickle, mix well. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
Zucchini season with salt and pepper. Stir and remove from heat.
Zucchini with mushrooms put in a serving dish, pour over sauce and serve. Bon appetit!
