Ingredients for Salad with chard
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Meat - 150 g
- Beetroot leaves - 1 Puig.
- Green onions - 3 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Dressing - 1 tbsp
- Dill - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with chard
Meat pre-boil or fry them, cool and slice.
Put in a salad bowl.
(In my case a kebab.)
Chard leaves washed and dried,
the stalks cut off.
Tomato wash and cut into thin slices.
Add to the meat.
The chard and finely chop the onion.
In vegetable oil fry the chard with the onions, 1 minute.
Add dressing from Mad, it will set the taste of the salad,
stir and stew a few more minutes over low heat.
Hot place the vegetables in a salad bowl,
stir and serve.
