Make the dough:
In warm milk dissolve 1 tablespoon sugar and yeast. Leave in a warm place until the yeast appearance of "caps" for 10-15 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the cheese, sugar and egg. Carefully kill a blender in a smooth, homogeneous mass.
In a small bowl to combine strawberries and sugar, put on a small fire, give the sugar to dissolve.
Add corn starch, mix gently. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, once the strawberry mixture starts to thicken, remove from heat and allow to cool.
The dough came.
Divide the dough into pieces, I got 12 PCs.
Drove the piece of dough into a ball, then start shaping a cheesecake, pressing down the center and forming a small bumpers.
Put the workpiece cheesecakes on the baking tray lined with baking paper. In a depression in the center, put about 1 teaspoon cottage cheese filling on top - 1 tsp of strawberry filling.
Leave the cheesecake in for another 15 minutes to relax and start to preheat the oven at 200 degrees.
