This snack is very good to cook on a picnic, while fried main dish. To cook quickly and easily.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Eggplant wash and cut into slices.
In a bowl add olive oil, pressed garlic, soy sauce. I used soy sauce "FOC" TM Kikkoman. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.
Eggplant slices to grease both sides with sauce and leave for 10-15 minutes to marinate.
On preheated grill or barbecue and fry the eggplant on both sides until cooked.
Tomatoes wash, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Place in a sieve to remove excess moisture.
Feta cut into small cubes.
Roasted eggplant to grease melted (cheese, butter) and cheese.
Sprinkle tomatoes with Feta. If desired, pour remaining marinade.
