- Coffee natural - 6 tsp.
- Water - 300 ml
- Cream - 100 ml
- Liqueur - 6 tbsp.
- Whipped cream - to taste
- Coconut shavings - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Coffee "Raffaello"
Prepare a strong espresso in the coffee machine (300 ml) or cook in Turku.
Cream to warm up in the microwave or on the stove.
Warm Cup pour 3 tbsp coconut liqueur, such as "Malibu", then the hot cream, pour on top of brewed coffee.
Into each Cup to gently spread the whipped cream and decorate with coconut.
