Great taste of broth dressing for soup from Maggi. Having a ready niedrogie dough quickly you can prepare this simple but delicious broth.
Ingredients for Brine broth with meat envelopes
- Dough dumplings - 100 g
- Broth - 3 stack.
- Carrots - 1/2 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Minced meat - 120 g
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Greens - 1/2 Puig.
- Dressing - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Brine broth with meat envelopes
Prepare the ingredients. Onions finely chop, mix with minced meat, salt and pepper to taste.
The dough for dumplings roll out and spread them 2 tsp. of minced meat.
Carrots grate and lightly in vegetable oil.
In a saucepan pour the broth, bring to boil, add roasted carrots, cook for 5 minutes, then add the vinaigrette to pickle and ready-made envelopes. Cook on medium heat for 12-15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Finely chopped herbs, to introduce in the soup and immediately remove from heat.
