This recipe can use a heavy-bottomed pan, deep wok or slow cooker. Instead of thyme and Basil, you can use any French, and Italian herb. If there is no fault, just increase the amount of water to 50ml.
Onions and tomatoes cut into cubes. Fry for about 7-10 min in vegetable oil in a pot where it will cook this dish.
Olives cut into slices, not too thin.
To the sauteed vegetables add the wine and let it evaporate for another 5min. If you will not use the wine in a pan lay out the chicken thighs and olives, add water, herbs and salt. Simmer about 45 min on low heat.
