- Onion - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece

- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Balsamic - 3 tbsp.
- Honey - 0,5...1 tbsp.
- Mustard - 0,5...1 tbsp.
- Black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Seasoning - to taste
- Greens - 1 Puig.
Step by step instruction of cooking Roasted vegetables on the grill
Prepare the required products. Wash the vegetables well, dry.
Eggplant cut along the long slices. Of course, you and slices, as you prefer.
Zucchini cut along or across.
From pepper to remove the stem and seeds. Coarsely chop.
Onion peel and cut into thick circles. To onion rings together, hold them together with toothpicks or slim wooden skewers.
Garlic peel and cut into thin slices.
To prepare the marinade. To do this in a bowl add the soy sauce (I used naturally brewed soy sauce TM Kikkoman), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, honey or cinnamon sugar, chopped garlic, favorite seasonings (I have Italian herbs).
Carefully whisk so that all ingredients are mixed. Add salt if necessary.
In a deep bowl or a sturdy plastic bag put the vegetables and add the marinade. Mix well and allow to promarinovatsya a minimum of 30 minutes.
Then place vegetables on grid for barbecue and place on the grill where the coals ready. Fry the vegetables on one side for 10 minutes, then flip and fry the other side.
Prepared vegetables put on a plate, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and pepper and serve with any sauce.
