Ingredients for Hot Shawarma homemade
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Pickled cucumber - 4 PCs
- Cheese - 100 g
- Chicken breast - 1 piece
- Carrots - 200 g
- Pita - 2 PCs
- Sauce - to taste
- Ketchup - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Hot Shawarma homemade
Cut into small pieces all the ingredients for the filling: tomatoes, cucumbers, chicken breast. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Spread out the pita bread put a thin layer of the mixture of mayonnaise with ketchup (tomato paste), lay out all the ingredients and add salt a little bit. On top sprinkle with grated cheese.
On top lay one lavash, which thoroughly coat with sauce.
Turn pita bread into a roll, spread on a baking tray and grease the top with egg. For convenience, I cut the roll into two parts.
Baking tray with Shawarma put them in the oven, preheated to 170-180 degrees for 20 minutes.
