Clafoutis with mushrooms

This year the summer is rainy, respectively, grow mushrooms, which I enjoyed coming to collect. Well, times have mushrooms, you have something to cook and preferably new and not hackneyed. So when I saw this recipe I immediately decided to cook it and do not regret it!!!
Ingredients for Clafoutis with mushrooms
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Milk - 375 ml
- Flour - 100 g
- Cheese - 40 g
- Dressing - 3 tbsp.
- Thyme - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Clafoutis with mushrooms

Mushrooms wash and cut. I had fresh mushrooms and frozen mushrooms, I think you can use any.

In a pan melt the butter and fry the mushrooms for 10 minutes.
Then add the Maggi dressing for the pickle with pickles, thyme and pepper.

Continue to cook until complete evaporation of water and the rosy color of mushrooms.

Using a mixer, mix the eggs with milk. Then add the flour and a pinch of salt. Get the batter as for pancakes.
Put the mushrooms in a baking pan or if the pan with an iron handle, then you can leave the mushrooms in it.
Pour the batter mushrooms and sprinkle with cheese.

Cook in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Can be served, Bon appetit.
