I highly recommend you to prepare this delicious and wholesome meat sauce or grilled chicken on a picnic.
Ingredients for The spinach sauce for grilling
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp
- Spinach - 100 g
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Yogurt - 200 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Peppers red hot chilli - 1/4 tsp
- Red sweet pepper - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking The spinach sauce for grilling
Onion and garlic finely chop and lightly passeruem in vegetable oil until transparent.
Spinach wash well, cut and put in a pan, cook 2 minutes over medium heat.
When the spinach Poduyane, add the lemon juice.
Pour soy sauce TM Kikkoman, stir, remove from heat, allow to cool a little.
Add yogurt, paprika and red chili pepper.
Penetration of the sauce in a blender until a homogeneous emulsion.
Stored in the refrigerator up to 2 days.
Served with meat or grilled poultry.
