There are many recipes tat. This is one of my recipes closed tat. Everything works as it should - lots of meat, little test. The dough is made on kefir without eggs. For the filling, you can take any meat, in any proportions. To your taste, for frying, I use minimal oil, but can be fried and deep fried.
