Ingredients for Lemon pudding with lavender
- Lavender - 4 g
- Brown sugar - 200 g
- Butter - 75 g
- Lemon peel - 2 PCs
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Milk - 100 ml
- Lemon juice - 60 ml
- Flour - 60 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Lemon pudding with lavender
Beat softened butter with sugar.
Add lavender and lemon zest, mix well.
In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks with the milk and lemon juice (juice 60 ml + 60 ml water). Add the flour.
To connect both mass and mix thoroughly.
Gently stir beaten egg whites.
Put the dough into shape (I have a diameter of 26.5).
The form to set cookie sheet or other form of greater size.
In a pan pour hot water and put our pudding in the oven, preheated to 180*.
Bake for about 40 minutes.
Let cool completely in the form (I just left it in the oven with the door open).
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
