Ingredients for Baked beans
- Green beans - 500 g
- Powdered sugar - 3 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 50 g
- Olive oil - 75 g
- Garlic - 6 tooth.
Step by step instruction of cooking Baked beans
Thoroughly rinse beans.
In my case, the beans were all in the ground and so it was necessary to soak.
Garlic squeeze through the press.
Add to it the powdered sugar, salt and mash with a spoon the pulp to whitening mix.
Then add the lemon juice and stir.
After add olive oil and beat with a fork.
Put half of the beans in the mold and pour half of the filling, then spread the remaining beans and fills.
Close the form with foil and bake at 200 C for 45 minutes.
If you use a metal form, then the temperature should be reduced to 180.
