Beet salad with feta

Offer to cook a simple, easy and healthy salad of roasted beets and feta cheese. This salad added fresh Basil leaves turned out a good combination. You can also experiment with the salad dressing, add mustard. Use as a garnish for meat, poultry, fish, or as a separate dish.
Ingredients for Beet salad with feta
- Beets - 200 g
- Feta - 60 g
- Allspice - 1/2 tsp.
- Basil - 2 vetos.
- Salt - to taste
- Olive oil - 3 tsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Garlic powder
Step by step instruction of cooking Beet salad with feta

In the salad I used roasted beets for this it is well washed, tightly wrap the beetroots in foil, place in a preheated 180C oven, bake for 30-40min. Leave in switched off oven until cool.
If desired, beets can be boiled in water by adding a pinch of citric acid.

Beet cool, peel and cut into cubes.

A little salt, as feta can be salty.

In a Cup mix the wine vinegar, olive oil and garlic powder. Fill the beets, leave 1 hour. L. sauce Feta

Season the beets allspice. Chop Basil and put on top. Feta cut into small pieces, put in the Basil, season with black pepper.
