Draniki or potato pancakes have become an international dish, rooted in the Belarusian cuisine, they are widely spread across the planet and everyone brought in a recipe. But the basis remains the same – potatoes, grated on a grater. So I did not miss the chance to make hash Browns from potatoes more interesting and tasty, used an extra ingredient – fresh herbs, which gave the pancakes-oladushki even more tenderness and flavor
Ingredients for Pancakes "Summer"
- Potatoes - 7 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Dill - 1 Puig.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Black pepper - 1 depot.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Sour cream - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes "Summer"
Wash greens, peel the potatoes and bell pepper.
Grate the potatoes on a medium grater and add soy sauce.
Grind in a blender pepper.
Chop very fine the parsley and dill.
Mix the potatoes, pepper and herbs.
Add the eggs, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well.
In a pan pour vegetable oil and a spoon to apply the mixture. Bake until Golden color.
Our green pancakes are ready!
Serve with sour cream.
