Try very interesting pate, roasted garlic with beans. Fragrant, delicious and satisfying.
Ingredients for Garlic-bean paste
- Garlic - 2 PCs
- Walnuts - 60 g
- Beans - 140 g
- Olive oil - 2 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Spices - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Garlic-bean paste
First you need to bake the garlic. Two heads of garlic cut across the cloves in half, put on a baking tray and bake at 180 for 30 minutes.
I roasted the garlic at the same time with some bread, not to heat the oven for one garlic.
The garlic cool slightly and get soft teeth (I pulled out with a knife).
In a container put the walnuts, cloves roast garlic and olive oil.
Add canned white beans. Grind in a blender until smooth.
Then add the lemon juice and spices to taste. Mix well.
Pate of roasted garlic and beans ready.
