- Cucumber - 450 g
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Green onions - to taste
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Flour - 1 tsp.
- Butter - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Cucumbers with mushrooms, stewed in sour cream
Cut cucumbers into thin circles
Put in the pan with a small amount of butter and fry on high heat for 5-7 minutes.
250 grams mushrooms cut into slices
Put it to the cucumbers
Cook over high heat, stirring, until the liquid
Green onion and garlic finely chop, add to the cucumbers with mushrooms, and season with salt and pepper and a pinch of hops-suneli. Mix
Cover with a lid and stew over low heat for 10 minutes
In sour cream add the flour, dill finely chop (or add in the sour cream, or in vegetables)
Cucumbers with mushrooms pour the cream, add the dill, check the seasoning
Stir and simmer for another heat for 2 minutes
The dish is ready. Serve with your favourite side dish, and as well just on their own. Tastes like than the zucchini, some eggplant.
