Very tasty salad, I didn't even expect it so we like it) Minimum ingredients, maximum taste. I have time to try until tomato season is not over! Would be delicious with fresh bread or dried cabaleu, perfect as a garnish for potatoes, meat or chicken, and just eat it - a pleasure!
Ingredients for Azerbaijan tomato salad with sumac
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Narsharab - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sumy - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Azerbaijan tomato salad with sumac
Tomato cut into circles and place on a plate.
Narsharab mix with olive oil.
Pour the sauce over the tomatoes.
Sprinkle them with freshly ground black pepper.
Then salt (I used Himalayan pink large).
Season with sumac.
