Udon with beef and vegetables

Another recipe of pan-Asian cuisine. I would call it "Asian pasta". And I want to boast of new clothes - finally bought a wok.
Ingredients for Udon with beef and vegetables
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Chili - 1 piece
- Ginger - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar - 1.5 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 3,5 tbsp
- Corn starch - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Noodles - 150 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Udon with beef and vegetables

In a wok heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, fry the minced meat.

Fried minced transfer to a plate.

Zucchini wash, dry, cut into cubes.

Bulgarian pepper to wash, dry, remove the seed box and cut into cubes.

In a wok add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, put the courgettes and peppers. Fry while stirring for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger and Chile. Cook for another 1 minute.

For the sauce mix the sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce and starch.

Return to the wok beef, pour the sauce. Cook stirring about 30 seconds until it thickens.

Udon (wheat noodles) cook in boiling salted water according to instructions on the package. Drain the water. Add the noodles to the wok. Mix well.
