- Water - 800 ml
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Step by step instruction of cooking Soup "burning heart"
Onions chop and fry in olive oil. Add to it arbitrarily chopped tomatoes and chopped straw Bulgarian pepper. Then 3-5 minutes.
Vegetables put in boiling water, cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Beat eggs with half of the grated cheese, add a few tablespoons of broth and a thin stream pour the egg-cheese mixture to the soup, which must be removed from the fire. Quickly stir.
The soup is ready! Pour it on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bon appetit!
