Ingredients for Roasted kohlrabi with mushrooms
- Kohlrabi - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 5 g
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Ginger - 5 g
- Leek - 10 g
- Star anise - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Roasted kohlrabi with mushrooms
The first thing to restore dried wood mushrooms. Soak the mushrooms in warm water (about 40 degrees) for 1 hour. Rinse in running water. Cover with cold water and refrigerate for a few hours (overnight). This is the correct way to repair dry mushrooms, but the Chinese often just keep an hour in warm water, rinsed and cooked immediately.
