Ingredients for Galeta on trubna test
- Flour - 100 g
- Bran - 50 g
- Butter - 90 g
- Water - 40 ml
- Peach - 1 piece
- Curd - 130 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Starch - 1 tsp.
- Brown sugar - 4 tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
- Blueberries - 1 Cup.
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 depot.
Step by step instruction of cooking Galeta on trubna test
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the oat bran, mix well.
Add chopped pieces of butter, a pinch of salt and grind hands crumbs. Add ice water, knead the dough, divide the Dough into 2 parts, cover with cling film and put to fridge.
For the cheese layer to soft the cream cheese add vanilla essence, egg, mix well.
This delicate curd ( if desired, sugar can be added).
For the first filling of the blueberries mixed with 2 tbsp sugar and starch. For the second stuffing of the dog cut into thin slices.
Roll each of the pieces into a thin layer, put on oiled baking sheet. Put on a layer of cottage cheese.
