Golden biscuit with a delicate dough and stuffed slices of bright beets with creamy mustard dressing
Ingredients for Beet biscuits
- Flour - 200 g
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Butter - 100 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Sesame - 2 tbsp
- Beets - 2 PCs
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Mustard - 1.5 tsp.
- Rosemary - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Greens - 2 vetos.
Step by step instruction of cooking Beet biscuits

Dough:
Butter and sour cream for the dough must be cold.
In a bowl, mix the flour and salt, add the pieces of cold butter. Pereteret hands into crumbs.

Add cold cream and gather the dough into a ball.
The dough should be soft and not stick (if it cannot immediately collect the dough, if it sticks or falls apart, you can add 1 tbsp of flour or more sour cream, respectively).

Wrap the ball of dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

For the filling:
To separate the protein from the yolk (yolk to leave for lubrication of the corner crackers).
Connect in a bowl the egg whites, sour cream, two kinds of mustard, the rosemary, season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Beets cut into thin slices, green chop.

Chilled roll out the dough on a sheet of baking parchment into a thin layer.

In the center pour the creamy mustard fill, distribute evenly, leaving a 2.5-3 cm of the free edge of the dough.

Sprinkle with chopped herbs, put the slices of beet.

Wrap the edges of the dough on top of filling, brush them with the beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake the biscuits in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes until tender.
