Ingredients for Mint Breakfast
- Mint - 4 vetos.
- Oat flakes - 90 g
- Sugar - 2 depot.
- Butter - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 600 ml
- Lime - 30 ml
- Bread - 3 lost.
Step by step instruction of cooking Mint Breakfast
Milk pour into a saucepan, put a few mint leaves and a pinch of sugar. Well warmed, but not boiling.
In another saucepan melt half of the butter, add the vegetable, a few mint leaves, a pinch of sugar and lime juice.
For cooking oatmeal I used flakes "Mistral".
Milk with mint blend. When the pan has melted sugar, pour in the hot milk, add oatmeal and cook until tender (2-3 minutes), stirring occasionally.
To toast, warm up a frying pan with the remaining butter. Put some mint leaves and heat on low heat stirring a few minutes.
